2-3 hours

What to Expect:

225 USD

In this full length consultation you can expect an in-depth and comprehensive assessment of your physical, mental, and emotional health. The session begins with a detailed conversation about lifestyle, diet, medical history, daily routines, and any specific health concerns. The practitioner will perform a thorough physical examination, possibly including tongue analysis, and observation of skin, eyes, hands and body posture, to assess the patient’s dosha (constitution) and imbalances. The consultation may also explore emotional and spiritual well-being, considering factors like sleep, energy levels, and stress. Based on these insights, the practitioner will offer a personalized wellness plan, which may include dietary adjustments, herbal remedies, lifestyle practices, detoxification methods (such as Panchakarma), meditation, and yoga routines. The goal is to create a holistic, long-term plan tailored to the patient's unique constitution for achieving and maintaining optimal health.

It’s ideal for individuals looking for a long-term, holistic approach to wellness, as the practitioner provides detailed insights and a tailored action plan, including diet, lifestyle changes, herbal treatments, and spiritual practices.
